大嘗会の由来について記した書。漢字かな交じり。天照皇太神の神徳を中心に農耕養蚕の起源を述べ、その孫瓊々杵尊の子彦火々出見尊が誕生した時に、母の鹿葦津姫が卜定田を狭名田と名付け、その田の稲で天甜酒を醸し、渟浪田の稲を飯にしたことを大嘗会の濫觴とする。

焦茶色表紙。半丁９行。ほぼ全ての漢字に朱細字でフリガナを施す。藤原弘仲、黒川守野については伝不詳。書中に「神奴」の語あり、字間に右竪点あり、右に「ジンヌ」、左に「カミノミヤツコ」の傍訓あり。
