相模大山阿夫利神社（伊勢原市大山）の先導師（旧祢宜ないし御師の意であるらしい）である筆者が、同社信仰の宗教結社である報徳集成敬慎講社（明治９年４月結成）幹事中に差し出した改革の意見書。門票（御札）には国郡村まで詳しく記すこと、参詣人が止宿する際に藝者等を招く者があるが好ましくないこと、を訴える。
