Translation

ヂンナラ・豆州伊東和田村ノ山麓ニ温泉アリ、其湯本ノ河中ニ一種ノ魚ヲ産ス、其状渓流水中ニハ見馴ザル魚ニシテ海魚トモ云ベキ物ナリ、其流水半分ハ山上ヨリ落下ル極テ清冷ノ水ニシテ相雑ラズ、其中間ニ此魚アルヲ奇トス、未年四月六日狩野羪川院此地ニ湯治セシ時親ク視テ手写セルモノ即是ナリ、帰府ノ上予借テ写サンコトヲ乞フニ不日写シテ贈ラル
