Regarding image download issues → Resolved (Updated April 1, 2025)

2024-11-21

(Added on April 1, 2025)
We are pleased to inform you that the issue of being unable to download in the original resolution has been resolved as described below.

- On March 26, 2025, a function to download all pages at once was implemented, making it possible to download the same image as the TIFF image displayed in the viewer.
(Please see here for details about the function))

- When downloading from Mirador, the images are converted from TIFF to JPEG, so the resolution may be lower than the original, but we have set it to maximize quality.

- The original image of the PDF can be downloaded as before.

Please note that the download function from the Universal Viewer on this site is still unavailable.

As of November 21, 2024, the cause is under investigation because it is not possible to download in the original resolution except for some images.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you would like an image with the same resolution as the one displayed in the viewer, please contact us using the contact form

Please see here for how to download from each viewer.

* Currently, the download function of Universal Viewer on this site has been suspended.

* For PDF images, you can download the original image.
