正徳４年仲夏、東武日出谷邑龍谷山兜率蘭若幻居沙門盛典伴題自序。元禄４年菊月、武陽鴻巣密乗沙門盛典自序。一冊目見返に「武陽密乗沙門盛典再撰／華洛書肆楊文軒重雕」。四冊目見返に「武陽沙門盛典重考／洛陽楊文軒再刊」。享保３年季春、書林　和泉屋　山口茂兵衛（京都二条通富小路通東江入町）刊。
