屋敷の永代売渡証文の原本。全文「永代沽渡申屋敷之事／合一所〈西九尺奥江十七間東限世太／限南上地殿庭〈前ノ合テ／四間マナカ〉〉／右依要用之儀直銭貳十貫文／大豆屋小三郎殿江沽渡申処ハ／実説也若天下太方之徳政行／候共不可有違乱煩者也仍状／如件／明応七年戊午五月廿八日 上地左馬尉／貞明（花押）」。宛名部分は切断したか。
