正徳５年季夏、八十翁卍山（落筆於復古堂之北檐下）（刻印「道白」「卍山」）序。巻首「門人　白龍謹編」。本文末、双辺隅入枠内に「源光精舎蔵版」（入木か）。正徳５年秋日、前浄徳沙門漱石玄英跋。跋末に「六角通御幸町西へ入　小川多左衛門」。蔵版者の源光精舎は、卍山の住した京都鷹峯の源光庵。
