富士山本宮浅間大社（現・富士宮市宮町）の神事祭礼を描いた彩色絵図。人物の配置と装束を中心とし、建物等は描かれない。①は、画中に「山宮よりの道」「浅間宮人弐人」「惣社宮人弐人」「お使／稲川大夫出仕」の文字あり。神事に従事する僧侶（社僧）が多数描かれており、維新以前の状況を描いたもの。
Preservation status
破損あり（洋紙を用いた表紙の劣化が移ったもの、表紙を取り替える必要あり）。
