神道講釈書。漢字カナ交じり。『古道講義』（著者等不詳）巻１～４の抜書。枕詞伝・造化ノ神・フマヱ伝・縦横ノ伝等。記述の例、「紫式部ハ女ナレトモ日本記ヲ能スメ居ラレタ人ユヘ彼源氏物語ヲ書ルヽ時日本記タテヨコノ法ヲ以テ書レタトアル」（縦横ノ伝）。
