椰酒、椰子ノ内ノ水ヲ云、｛ヤ十四、朱書｝○広果録椰樹高六七丈、直竦無枝、至木末乃有葉如束、蒲長二三尺、花如千葉芙蓉白色、終歳不絶、葉間生実、大者如斗有皮厚苞之、曰椰衣、皮中有核甚堅、与膚肉皆緊著皮厚可半寸、白如雪、味脆而甘、膚中空虚又有清漿升許、味美於蜜微有酒気、曰椰酒、蘇軾詩美酒生林不待儀言椰中有自然之酒、不待儀秋而作也、｛【本草綱目拾遺】、朱書｝
