下云「卍果作卍字形画其正蒂在字中不可見生食香耳一名蓬鬆子」ト、是ブナノ形状ナリ、其実生食シテ香耳ノ説アルコト甚ニタリトス、因テ竊ニ卍果ノフナナルヘキコトヲ臆断シテ聊鄙陋ノ附言ヲナシ、尚諸賢ノ明鑑ヲ乞ノミ、府志県志、其余百家ノ書ニ穏当ノ物アルヘケルトモ、予カ浅見寡聞遺憾ト云ヘシ、文政二年五月上浣、芝陽源貞幹識
