端本アリ截取／大ナルシブ柿ヲ葉ガクシト云、或長ク大ナルアリ、冬月霜ヲヘテ紅ク堅キ時、枝ヲ付テ茎共ニ切（キリ）、皮ヲ去リ、絲ニテ枝ヲ結ビ、二ツツヾ竿ニカケテ、毎日日ニ乾シ、日日手ヲ洗テ押扁（ヲシヒラ）メ、ヨク乾（カハキ）タル時ヲサメテ、箱ノ底ニ乾ケル蕎麦稈（ソバガラ）ヲシキ、其上ニ乾柿ヲナラベ蓋ヲシテ置（ヲク）、久クシテ霜ヲ生ズ、如此スレバカビ生ゼス、｛【大和―】、朱書、【大和附録 巻一】
