柿非、謂火烘也、即青緑之柿、収置自然紅熟如烘成、渋味尽去、其甘如蜜是也、一種有呼志布加支者其実味渋不可食、世人搗之臼中取汁内、陶器状畜北陰、一種有俗呼豆柿者其実円小而似豆状、故名之、渋味至甚俗亦呼志布加支、一種有呼干柿者生久慈郡瀬谷村方、俗呼止宇保志保、内郷山田村亦有之、枝幹葉実倶似尋常者唯以其実円大而長為異耳、苦味至渋、是以不可生食、日乾亦不堪食、八九月間不俟、人力自乾干樹上、其色純黒而味甘味、不去皮而為食用故俗呼干柿、凡柿実生食之日乾亦食之、亦成熟食之、焼温食之俗呼焼柿、本草綱目曰、烘柿亦拌米粉為粢、俗呼柿粢、亦取汁染物取蒂供薬用採葉、療脱肛、【常陸物産志 十二】/柿、味甘華子云、潤心柿、止渇、【物産志彙 六】、【広信府志】/柿、有朱緑野貓丁香鹿心油諸名鳥捭即小柿古曰君遷今名牛奶以石灰湯燖而熟曰爁、汁呼柿漆、貨柿汁入此、【義烏県志 巻八】/柿、維夏乃寔、維秋乃紅、碾皮霏屑、煮湯禦冬、圧之成餅、漬之為霜、遇饉療飢、易銭補糧、此【君桜詩咏 巻九、廿二丁】
