柿、加支、城市村落無所不有、田家多種之宅辺、亦種陸田間、大者三四丈四方分枝、喬然聳、葉円大而厚無鋸歯而互生、其葉秋月変黄紅、冬月凋落、凡柿実可生食者、俗呼支佐和志、種類甚多、亦有早中晩、三種本草頌説、椑柿青可生啖是也、一種有実円小而七八可食者、一種有実円大而微長七月皮青、八九月皮色変淡黄、味甘美者為最上品、一種有実円小而味淡甘者、一種有実円扁而八九月味渋、不甘美者此類為下品、一種有呼安於左者九月採実、脱皮懸之簷下而乾之、形円偏而以生霜者為上品、贈之親族饕賓客、俗呼豆留加支、漢名白柿、亦以安於左脱皮令竹鋭貫之、以日乾鬻之、俗呼久志加支、味比豆留之加支、則為稍劣、是亦白柿類也、本草綱目時珍曰、白柿即乾柿、生霜者也、其法用大柿去皮、捻扁日晒夜霜至乾、内瓮中待生白霜、乃取出是也、一種有呼女宇太牟者形似安於佐而味渋微甘、一種有呼波知也加支者今按女宇太牟波知也、二種倶八九月色黄紅而成熟、世人脱皮為食用、味甘而如飴密、俗呼呼熟柿、本草綱目時珍日、烘
