鉤／レンゲツヽジ／レンゲツヽジ／レンゲツヽジ、勢州杤原トマユミノ間ノ山ニ多シ、木曽湯舟沢、馬篭等ニ多シ、養老ニアリ、穀雨後花ヲ開ク、［千金万薬注］レンゲツヽジノ花、衂血不止ニ蕋生ナル者鼻中ヲ塞ク即止、鯁刺レンゲツヽジノツボミタル花ヲ干シテ末トシフキ入、又葉ニテモ、断血レンゲツヽジ陰干末、止血レンゲツヽジノ花三匁、蝮蛇霜二匁
