Translation

｛ウ十五、朱書｝、｛［実］卅七、朱書｝、｛八角楓、ウリノキ、朱書｝／八角楓、｛［実］、朱書｝、簡易草薬八角楓、其葉八角、故名八角風、五角即五角風、有花者其根亦名白龍鬚、無花者即名八角風、二樹一様、花葉八角、味温無毒、能治筋骨中諸病、按本草従新八角金盤苦辛温毒烈、治麻痺風毒打撲瘀血停積、其気猛悍能開通甕塞痛淋立止虚人慎之、植高二三尺、葉如臭梧桐、而八角秋開白花細簇、取近根皮用、即此樹也、江西、湖南極多、不経樵採、高至丈余、其葉角甚多、八角言其大者耳
