【植物名実図考】、林檎 二、文林郎、果類巻之三十一、奎文堂刊行/文林郎/料理独按内 西洋の部○林檎(リンこ)汁料理、十二三の林檎の皮をむきとりて、一ツを四ツニ割リ水に漬け、直ちに揚けて鍋ニ入れ、二合程の水を加へて砕れぬ頃ろまて煮て砂糖、胡椒、牛酪の三品ヲ何れも少しツヽ入れてのろき火ニて三十分斗り煮るなり、而して此の汁は雁又ハ豕の焼肉ニハ尤も要用のものなりとす
