ノ即木瓜ノ大ナル者、榠樝ハ俗名ナラン、薬ニモクワリンヲ用ユベキナリ、其余木瓜ハ味酸渋不堪食、惟花ヲ賞スルノミ、陸佃及時珍実如小瓜而有鼻ト云ルハ別是一種也、今京北上賀茂ノ社外ニ一樹アリ、即此物ナリ、其余品類モ亦多シ、爾雅、楙ハ木瓜ノ郭注ヲ朱伝ニ引来レリ△陶隠居謂人如転筋時、但呼其名及書作字輙愈ト、今本邦郷俗転筋ノ時足（アシ）ヲナデヽ祝シテポケポケト云ハ必愈ルトツタフ、和漢同軌ナリ●一本堂薬選ニコレヲノセズ／支那ニハ蜜漬木瓜ノ製アリ、木瓜ヲ切リ煮テ屡々水ヲ換ヘ酸味ヲ抜キ、蜜ニ煮テ晒シ乾カスト云
