専以丁唐前早梅ハ十六年三月二日三■■開／○梅花、大森、蒲田の梅苑ハ今を春辺と咲かけたれば、一昨日の日曜ハ観梅の客も数多ありしが、頃日の曇天続きに残りの雪も解け遺らず、道路の泥濘を冒して梅を訪ふも些と感心せす、稍快晴に復しなば、諸方の梅も開くべく、杉田小向井ハ其頃が看ごろなりと雅客か語りき、｛明治十六年二月廿七日、報知新聞、朱書｝／大森蒲田邑
