白梅ノ半開ヲ采テ箱ノ中ニ梅干ノ肉ヲ敷キ、其上ニ花ヲ並ヘ、其箱ノ蓋ヲ釘ニテ付テ紙ニテ目張シテ気ノ泄レサル様ニシテ暑中ニ出シテ酒及白湯ニ浮レハ香気馥郁ス、｛【中陵漫録】、朱書｝／青梅漬ハ焼酒ニ砂糖ヲ■煮ニ和シ青梅ヲ漬ケ、壜中ニ密封シ置テ佳也、又法焼酒一升ニ梅実左糖漬ケ密封シ■閉法、梅実ニ砂糖ヲ和シ沸湯ヲ注キ食用トナスベシモ良■也
