仏手柑、｛【琉ー産物シ、（琉球産物志）】｝本草載木似朱欒而葉尖長枝間有刺植之近水乃生其実状如人手有指俗呼為仏手柑有長一尺四五寸者皮如橙柚而厚皺而光沢其色如瓜生緑熟黄其核細、大島土名仏手柑／テブシュカン／柚、音右橘之属也、一名壺柑言其大若壺也、皮青黄色七八月熟其味多酸最紺者為蜜柚其熟較遅幽香可愛更称佳品禹貢厥包橘柚誠珍之也、故呂覧云、果之美者有雲夢之柚、【陽春県志　十四】
