呉茱茰、古方薬品考云、撰名、呉茱茰、舶来者其粒小黒色味苦辛者為上品問有混入蠺阿以欺我者当択去之中略、又和産其粒大サ倍、漢産其隔年者可用薬舗此ヲ称、真ノ呉茱茰又有一種小粒者為好品而其能無別風味極辛苦者有奇効宜為丸葉用城州和州紀州及西南州郡皆有之、○呉茱茰木高丈余晩春生芽葉似胡桃而厚夏発小緑花結子若泰椒簇生秋熟採之臭気酷烈沃沸湯曝乾新者難服入有享保中所伝之漢種形状与那産同而但其子小耳
