梧桐、按桐有四種諸家為説不一〓宗奭云一種白桐葉三枚開白花不結子其材可作琴薬性論云皮能治五淋沐髪去頭風一種荏桐早春先開淡紅花状如鼓子花成筒子今人取作桐油者日華子云桐油泠無毒今按桐油亦善令人吐一種梧桐四月開淡黄小花如棗花枝頭出糸落地或油沾衣履五六月結子人収炒作果然動風気此即月令所謂清明之日桐始華者一種岡桐無花体重不可作琴、此桐油ハモシヤアブラギリト混スルニ非ズヤ尚可追考事【卲武府志 八】
