Translation

タウチヤ・葉状チヤノ如クニシテ大ク深緑光沢アリ、花亦茶ニ同クシテ大ナリ白色多雄(花弁ニ附ク)三雌蕊ナリ、多田氏(茶ノ一品ノミノ学者ナリ)云、皐盧ハ日本ニテハ実ヲ結バス、印度辺自生結実トモ不生カ、圭按ニソノ自生十分地ニ適スルノ地アルベシ、自生繁殖ハソノ実ヨリスルナリ、多田云挙ノ茶ノ亦氏生ニ非スンテ一粒ノモノナラン、皐盧ヲ製スレトモ日本人ノ口ニハ適セズ、但此茶ヲ英人ハ好ムト云
