綱拾、一、茶樹根、綱目茶子茶油倶載惟茶根及び爛茶経霜老茶葉未収故補之、口爛救生苦海茶樹根煎湯代茶不時飲云々／爛茶葉、此乃泡過残茶積存磁確内如、若乾燥以残茶汁添入愈久愈妙、治無名腫毒犬咬及火焼成瘡倶故如神、搗爛以泥敷之乾、則以茶汁潤湿抹去、再換敷五六次全愈、救生苦海／経霜老茶葉、治年癲瘋、云々／遠江国、見対銀類北方なる狐坑と呼フ処（此、訂正）■■此、山中ニハ古来自然生ノ茶樹多ク繁茂セシカ、毎年余り前、安永ノ比、蘇山林ヲ開鑿シ、又、茶樹■■■ス■■■、二十年六月十二日、報知新聞、茶
