○嶋ニテ反鼻蛇ヲ搏テ食トスルハマツタフト云蛇アリ、反鼻蛇ヲ見レハ取、細事ハ本伝ニアリ、今爰ニ著ハス図ノ趣ハ、島ノ烏ハ倭ノ烏ニ異ナル事ナシ、反鼻蛇ヲ見ルト飛来テ蛇ノ尾ヲ嘴ニテ穿、反鼻蛇起テ噛ントスレハ、片々ノ羽ヲ舒テ差出ス、反鼻蛇是ヲ搏、其羽毛ニテコタヘナク、土地ヲ搏、搏ハ飛退リ、又飛寄リ、幾度モ左右ノ羽ヲ以反鼻蛇アヤヅリ、寄数度ニ及テ反鼻蛇ツカレ、働事成カタクナリテ後オクト、反鼻蛇ヲ殺テ肝ヲ穿破テ食去ル、見ル人多シ、適途中ニテ大ナル反鼻蛇今ハ死スルモノアリ、能見ルニ反鼻腹ノ処一ケ所破リアル迄ナリ、肝ヲ食マテト見ヘタリ、右南島雑記一ニ出ツ
