Translation
物也、故時人号其所曰梅豆羅（メツラ）、今謂松浦訛焉、是以其国女人毎当四月上旬以釣投河中捕年魚、於今不絶、惟男子難釣不能獲魚［大和本草］雨航雑録云、香魚、鱗細不鯉、春初半月長一寸至冬月長盈、則赴潮騒生子、生巳テ輙稿ル、一名記月魚、稿ハアテサブルヲ云、豊後国早見郡立石村浅見川ノ?ハ冬月ニ至ルマデ下ラズ、其川温泉出テ水温ナル故ナルベシ○金瘡疵口下陷アユノ腸、薯蕷研如膏敷
