苟モ得易ク其力強クシテ永キニ耐ル驢ノ如キハ其性最従順如何ナル険道細徑ヲモ自在ニ奔走シ其便人力車ニ勝ルコト万々ナリ、田舎山村ニ於テ之ヲ養フトキハ利殊ニ大ナラン、故ニ今我農商務省又ハ宮内省或ハ陸軍省ニ於テ試ニ此両獣ヲ支那地方ヨリ購入シ、逐次ニ其蕃殖ヲ計リ以テ公益ヲ／海鯽之図
