建保２年正月、入宋求法前権僧正法印大和尚位栄西自序。無記名の跋あり。跋文末に刊記「〈心斎橋筋南久宝寺町〉人見理兵衛版（朱印）」。後表紙見返に刊記「書林　〈大坂心斎橋筋〉柏原屋佐兵衛」。近世前期刊本の近世中期頃後印本。
